Subscription Terms (Future-Ready)

Terms for AInexfinder subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and billing via Paddle.

1. Applicability

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a recurring subscription for AInexfinder products or services (for example, ongoing promotional plans, membership tiers, or SaaS features we designate as subscriptions).

One-time purchases (such as a single featured month without auto-renew) are governed by the Terms, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy without requiring this document—unless checkout designates them as subscriptions.

2. Subscription Plans

Plan names, features, seats, limits, and pricing are described at checkout and/or in your account. Features may differ between Free, Pro, Business, or other tiers we introduce.

We may offer monthly, annual, or other intervals.

3. Term and Renewal

Your subscription begins when payment is successfully processed (or when a trial converts).
Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the then-current rate (subject to Section 5).
Renewals are handled through Paddle when Paddle is Merchant of Record.

4. Billing via Paddle (Merchant of Record)

When Paddle is MoR:

Recurring charges are collected by Paddle
Invoices are typically issued by Paddle
Taxes may be collected by Paddle
Payment method updates are managed via Paddle’s customer portal when available

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices prospectively. For renewals, we will provide notice as required by law and as reasonably practicable (for example, email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent periods. If you do not agree, cancel before renewal.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time through:

Your AInexfinder account controls (if provided), and/or
Paddle’s cancellation / customer portal tools, and/or
Emailing hello@ainexfinder.com with your account email and subscription ID

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including:

Billing error corrections
Limited remedies for sustained service failure due to our fault
Statutory consumer cooling-off rights where applicable
Generally no mid-cycle refunds for change of mind after digital access begins, subject to law

8. Trials and Promotions

Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Promotional pricing may be temporary; after the promo period, standard rates apply unless stated otherwise.

Abuse of trials (multiple accounts to obtain repeated free periods) may result in termination.

9. Plan Changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately with pro-rated charges as configured at checkout.
Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal unless we state otherwise.
Unused portions of higher tiers are not always refundable.

10. Service Changes and Feature Availability

We may modify features within a plan. If we materially reduce core paid functionality, we will provide remedies consistent with law and our Refund Policy (credit, downgrade, or partial refund as appropriate).

11. Suspension for Non-Payment

Failed renewals may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. We may retry charges. After repeated failures, we may cancel the subscription.

12. Taxes

Taxes on subscription charges are handled as described in the Payment Terms (often by Paddle as MoR).

13. Enterprise Subscriptions

Custom enterprise agreements, MSAs, or order forms supersede these Subscription Terms where they expressly conflict.

14. Relationship to Other Policies

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service. In a conflict about recurring billing, these Subscription Terms and the Payment Terms control for that subject.
