1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AInexfinder (“AInexfinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of https://ainexfinder.com and related products, features, and digital services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, submitting a tool, or purchasing a listing or advertising product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any product-specific policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. About AInexfinder

AInexfinder is an AI Discovery Platform. We provide tools and content that help users:

• Discover and browse AI tools
• Explore categories, comparisons, alternatives, and related editorial materials
• Submit AI tools for potential listing
• Purchase free, featured, sponsored, premium, or other promotional placements (as offered)
• Access utilities, quizzes, generators, and other digital features we may provide

Important: AInexfinder is a discovery and information platform. We are not the developer, operator, or seller of most third-party AI tools listed on the Service (unless we expressly state otherwise for a first-party product).

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

1. You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 16, or 13 where that is the legal minimum for the Service, subject to parental consent requirements);
2. You have legal capacity to enter a binding contract;
3. You are not barred from using the Service under applicable law or sanctions; and
4. Your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or limit features at our discretion where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or policy reasons.

4. Accounts and Security

4.1 Registration

4.2 Credentials

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and authentication methods
• All activity under your account

4.3 Account types

We may offer personal accounts, business dashboards, or other roles (for example, tool submitters). Additional terms may apply to business features.

5. The Service

5.1 Nature of the Service

We provide directory, comparison, editorial, utility, and commercial promotion features. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5.2 No professional advice

Content on AInexfinder is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information on the Service.

5.3 Beta and experimental features

We may offer beta features. They are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5.4 Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice, subject to applicable law and any paid-term commitments described in our Refund Policy and product order terms.

6. Free and Paid Products

We may offer:

Product descriptions, pricing, and duration are shown at checkout or in order confirmations. In case of conflict between marketing copy and your order confirmation / Paddle checkout terms, the order confirmation and applicable payment terms control for that purchase.

7. Payments, Taxes, and Merchant of Record

7.1 Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paid products may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (MoR). When Paddle is MoR:

• Your purchase contract for payment, tax, and invoicing may be with Paddle
• Paddle may collect applicable taxes
• Invoices are typically issued by Paddle
• Subscription renewals (if any) are billed through Paddle

7.2 Your payment obligations

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for selected products. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.

7.4 Chargebacks

Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of accounts or listings and recovery of fees to the extent permitted by law and our policies.

8. AI Tool Submissions and Business Profiles

8.1 Submissions

You may submit AI tools or updates via our submission flows. Submissions are subject to review. We may approve, reject, edit for formatting/clarity, or remove listings at our discretion, including for quality, safety, legal, or policy reasons.

8.2 Your representations

You represent and warrant that:

1. You have authority to submit the tool and related materials;
2. Information is accurate, not misleading, and kept reasonably up to date;
3. Materials do not infringe IP, privacy, or other rights;
4. The tool and linked website are not malware, illegal, or fraudulent;
5. You comply with our Submission Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

8.3 No guarantee of ranking or traffic

Listing does not guarantee rankings, impressions, clicks, leads, revenue, or editorial coverage.

8.4 Removal

We may remove listings that violate these Terms, become unavailable, receive credible abuse reports, or for other legitimate operational reasons.

9. User Content

9.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”), including reviews, comments, submission text, and uploaded media you own.

9.2 License to AInexfinder

By submitting User Content, you grant AInexfinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, distribute, and create derivative works of User Content solely as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service (including public display of listings and reviews).

9.3 Public display

User Content may be public. Do not submit confidential information.

9.4 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for User Content. We do not endorse User Content and may remove it under our policies.

9.5 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

10. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Prohibited activities include (without limitation) abuse, scraping that harms the Service, malware, illegal content, impersonation, and manipulation of rankings or reviews.

11. Advertising and Promotional Listings

Sponsored placements, featured listings, premium listings, and similar products are governed by these Terms and our Advertising & Listings Policy.

You agree that:

• Ads and promotions must be accurate and lawful
• We may label sponsored content
• We may reject or remove creatives that violate policy
• Performance metrics are estimates unless we expressly guarantee otherwise

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Our IP

The Service—including software, design, logos, trademarks (including “AInexfinder”), layout, compilation of listings, and original editorial content—is owned by AInexfinder or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

12.2 Limited brand use

You may not use our marks without prior written permission, except for limited factual references that comply with fair use / nominative use doctrines and our Trademark rules in the Copyright Policy.

12.3 Third-party marks

Third-party product names and logos are property of their owners. Listing does not imply endorsement by AInexfinder or by those owners unless stated.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law
• Reverse engineer except where non-waivable law permits
• Use the Service to build a competing directory by bulk unauthorized extraction
• Remove proprietary notices

• Decisions you make based on AI outputs

19.3 Effect

Upon termination, your license ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination. Paid product refunds follow the Refund Policy.

• THIRD-PARTY TOOLS ARE SAFE, LAWFUL, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU
• DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE CASES, DISCLAIMERS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

1. AInexfinder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or cost of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility.

2. AInexfinder will not be liable for damages arising from:

   • Third-party AI tools, websites, or software
   • AI-generated outputs of third parties
   • Your decisions based on directory or editorial content
   • User Content submitted by others
   • Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
   • Suspension or removal of listings for policy or legal reasons

3. Aggregate liability. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

   • (a) amounts you paid to us (or via Paddle for our products) for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim; or
   • (b) USD 100 (or equivalent).

4. Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or fraud).

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AInexfinder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content or tool submissions
• Your advertising creatives or campaigns
• Your violation of these Terms or law
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your use of third-party AI tools discovered via the Service

23. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages, network or cloud-provider outages, denial-of-service attacks, or failures of third-party platforms.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact legal@ainexfinder.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

25.2 Courts
