1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using AInexfinder responsibly. It protects users, tool makers, our infrastructure, and the integrity of the directory.
This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violation may result in content removal, suspension, termination, or legal action.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This AUP applies to all visitors, registered users, tool submitters, advertisers, API consumers (if any), and anyone who accesses the Service.
3. Core Standards
You agree to use AInexfinder:
- Lawfully and in good faith
- Without harming others or the Service
- Without attempting to manipulate rankings, reviews, or search unfairly
- Without misrepresenting tools, pricing, or affiliations
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not, and may not attempt to:
4.1 Illegal and harmful conduct
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Promote or facilitate crime, fraud, scams, or multi-level marketing schemes
- Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or phishing
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Engage in defamation or unlawful harassment
4.2 Child safety
- Exploit or endanger minors
- Upload or link to child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance)
4.3 Abusive content
- Hate speech targeting protected characteristics
- Credible threats of violence
- Doxxing or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Spam, scams, or deceptive content
- Create fake accounts or fake reviews
- Artificially inflate ratings, views, or rankings
- Submit duplicate or low-quality spam listings
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with AInexfinder
- Bypass suspension or security controls
4.5 Competitive misuse
- Bulk scrape or harvest data in a way that overloads systems or violates robots/technical controls
- Use automated means to extract the directory to build a competing service without authorization
- Resell access to non-public APIs without permission
5. User Content and Community Guidelines
When posting reviews, comments, or other content:
Do:
- Be honest about your experience
- Stick to relevant product feedback
- Respect others
Do not:
- Post bribed or incentivized reviews without clear disclosure
- Include personal data of others without permission
- Use reviews solely for SEO spam or off-topic promotion
- Attack individuals rather than products
We may moderate, edit (for formatting), or remove content at our discretion.
You may not submit tools that:
- Are non-functional placeholders or parked domains used only for spam
- Primarily distribute malware or steal credentials
- Are illegal in major jurisdictions we serve
- Infringe third-party rights
- Use trademarked names deceptively

Advertisers must not run campaigns that:
- Are misleading about product capabilities
- Promote prohibited categories under our Advertising Policy
- Use cloaking or bait-and-switch landing pages
- Violate applicable advertising or consumer laws

8. Technical Restrictions
Without authorization, you may not:
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except via a coordinated disclosure process we publish
- Interfere with Service integrity or performance
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Mine cryptocurrency using our infrastructure
- Overwhelm endpoints with automated traffic
9. Security and Account Integrity
You must:
- Keep credentials secure
- Not share accounts in a way that violates seat or license terms (if any)
- Notify us of suspected compromise
10. Enforcement
We may, with or without notice:
- Remove content or listings
- Limit features
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Cancel paid promotions without refund where you are in material breach (see Refund Policy)
- Report illegal activity to authorities
- Pursue civil remedies
Enforcement is discretionary; failure to enforce in one instance is not a waiver.
11. Reporting Abuse
Report abuse, spam, malware listings, or policy violations to:
Include URLs, screenshots, and a clear description.

12. Relationship to Other Policies
If this AUP conflicts with a more specific policy (for example, Advertising Policy for ads), the more specific policy controls for that subject matter. The Terms control overall.
13. Changes
We may update this AUP by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
