AI Tool Submission Guidelines

1. Overview

These Guidelines explain how to submit an AI tool for inclusion on AInexfinder and what standards we apply during review.

Submission does not guarantee approval, ranking, traffic, or editorial coverage.

By submitting, you agree to our Terms of Service and these Guidelines.

2. Who Can Submit

• Founders, employees, or authorized representatives of the tool
• Agencies acting with written authority from the tool owner
• In some cases, community suggestions (we may still require verification)

You must have rights to the materials you upload (logo, screenshots, copy).

3. What Qualifies as an AI Tool Listing

We generally list products that:

• Offer a software product or service with meaningful AI/ML capabilities
• Have a public website or app users can access
• Are available (or clearly in open beta) for real use

We may decline pure content farms, link directories without a product, or non-AI utilities unless they fit a defined AInexfinder category.

4. Required Information

Typical required fields include:

5. Quality and Accuracy Standards

Submissions should:

1. Use clear language (English preferred for global listings)
2. Avoid ALL CAPS spam and keyword stuffing
3. Not make unsubstantiated “#1” or medical/financial guarantees
4. Describe the product honestly
5. Use correct category tags (do not multi-tag irrelevant categories to game discovery)
6. Keep pricing and feature claims reasonably current

We may edit formatting, fix typos, or normalize structure for consistency without changing your meaning.

6. Prohibited Submissions

We reject or remove submissions that:

• Distribute malware or steal data
• Are fraudulent, phishing, or impersonation
• Infringe trademarks or copyrights
• Are adult content (not currently supported)
• Promote illegal activities
• Are clones submitted solely to spam the directory
• Use fake reviews or fabricated metrics
• Violate our Acceptable Use Policy

7. Review Process

1. You submit via https://ainexfinder.com/submit (or other official flow).
2. We review for quality, safety, completeness, and policy fit.
3. We may approve, request changes, or reject.
4. Timing varies; estimates such as “24–48 hours” are targets, not guarantees.

We are not obligated to explain every rejection in detail, but we aim to be fair.

8. Updates and Corrections

• Use official update flows or dashboard tools where available.
• Material changes (name, domain, pricing model) should be submitted promptly.
• We may update listings based on public information or user reports.

9. Paid vs Free Listings

Paying does not guarantee approval of a non-compliant product. Policy violations can still result in removal.

10. Affiliate Links

If you provide affiliate URLs, they must resolve to the legitimate product and comply with our Affiliate Disclosure and advertising laws. We may rewrite tracking parameters or use our own affiliate relationships where disclosed.

11. Intellectual Property

You grant AInexfinder the license described in the Terms to display submission materials on the Service. You must not upload assets you do not have rights to use.

12. After Approval

Approved listings may appear in search, categories, alternatives, comparisons, and other modules. Algorithms and editorial modules can change.

You remain responsible for the product and for keeping public claims accurate.

13. Appeals

If you believe a rejection was in error, email hello@ainexfinder.com with the tool URL, submission reference, and a concise explanation. Re-appeals of final decisions may not be reviewed repeatedly.
