This Listing Policy explains how AI tool listings work on AInexfinder—from free directory inclusion to paid promotional listing types—and the standards that apply to approval, badges, edits, and removal.
AInexfinder is an AI Discovery Platform. Listings help users discover and compare tools. Inclusion is a privilege subject to review, not a right.

This Listing Policy focuses on listing status, types, lifecycle, and moderation. Where Advertising Policy covers campaign delivery and creatives, that document controls.

Homepage promotions are a form of sponsored inventory. Delivery, duration, and creative rules follow the Advertising Policy and your order. Homepage placement does not imply platform endorsement of product quality beyond the paid promotion.

Review timing varies with volume and complexity. Any published estimate (for example “24–48 hours”) is a target, not a commitment. Enterprise reviews may take longer.
We are not obligated to approve any submission or to provide a detailed written rationale for every rejection, though we aim to be fair and professional.
A Verified (or similar) badge, when offered, indicates that we have performed checks such as confirming the product is live and that core claims appear consistent. It is not:
We may grant, deny, or revoke verification at our discretion if checks fail or status changes.
Featured or sponsored badges indicate promotional status for a period or campaign. They do not replace verification and do not mean the product outranks all organic results forever.
You may not display AInexfinder badges on your marketing in a misleading way (for example, implying partnership or “official certification” beyond what the badge means). See badge/brand rules in Terms and Copyright/Trademark policy.
Authorized account holders and our moderation team may update listings.
You should keep material fields reasonably accurate: name, URL, pricing model, key features, and status (live / shut down).
We may edit listings for:
We will not intentionally misrepresent your product, but we may remove exaggerated claims.
Domain changes, rebrands, or mergers should be submitted promptly via official update channels.
You may provide accurate titles, descriptions, and assets that help users and search engines understand the product. You may not:
AInexfinder controls on-site SEO templates, structured data, and internal linking. Purchase of a listing does not include guaranteed Google rankings.
Descriptions may be human-written, vendor-supplied, or assisted by automation. Regardless of authorship, you are responsible for accuracy of claims you submit or approve.

Mass low-quality submissions, doorway pages, or affiliate spam may be rejected or banned.
Do not use another company’s trademark in your listing name or branding in a confusing way. Complaints: Copyright & Trademark Policy.
Submit only logos, screenshots, and copy you have rights to use. Infringement notices follow our Copyright Policy.
Common rejection reasons:
You may revise and resubmit unless we indicate a permanent ban.
Authorized Vendors may request removal or unpublishing by contacting hello@ainexfinder.com with proof of authority. We will process reasonable requests, subject to:
Privacy erasure and IP takedowns follow Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy.
Backups, caches, and search engine copies may persist for a limited time after removal.

Suspension of a paid promotional period due to your material breach may forfeit remaining prepaid value as described in the Refund Policy.
