Pricing Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Pricing Policy explains how AInexfinder (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sets, displays, discounts, bills, and changes prices for paid products on https://ainexfinder.com.

It covers commercial products such as:

• Featured Listings
• Premium Listings
• Sponsored Listings and homepage promotions
• Advertising packages
• Business profile upgrades (when offered)
• Future subscription plans
• Enterprise custom packages

It does not govern pricing of third-party AI tools listed in the directory. Those vendors set their own prices.

2. Relationship to Other Policies

If this Policy conflicts with a signed Insertion Order (IO), Order Form, or Enterprise Quotation that we have accepted, that commercial document controls for that purchase.

3. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to anyone who:

• Views pricing pages or checkout amounts
• Purchases or renews paid AInexfinder products
• Receives an enterprise quote or IO
• Redeems coupons or promotional pricing

4. Pricing Structure Overview

AInexfinder pricing is product-based and may include:

Free Listings are free of charge, subject to review and our Listing Policy and Submission Guidelines. Free does not mean guaranteed approval, ranking, or traffic.

5. One-Time and Recurring Products

5.1 One-time products

Examples include a fixed-term featured listing or a single sponsored flight. The price covers the deliverables described at checkout for the stated duration. Renewal is not automatic unless the product is sold as a subscription or you purchase again.

5.2 Recurring products

Subscription products renew on the billing interval shown at checkout. Pricing and renewal rules are summarized here and detailed in the Subscription Terms.

6. List Prices and Displayed Prices

1. List price is the standard price we publish for a product, subject to change.
2. Checkout price is the amount shown immediately before you pay, after applicable discounts and before or after tax depending on configuration.
3. Marketing pages may show “from” prices, ranges, or examples. Only the checkout total (and your order confirmation) is binding for that transaction.
4. We may present prices exclusive or inclusive of tax, depending on your location and our payment provider configuration.

7. Promotional, Introductory, and Discount Pricing

We may offer:

Unless expressly stated:

• Promotional pricing does not auto-renew at the promo rate
• After the promo period ends, standard (or then-current) pricing applies
• Promotions cannot be stacked unless we explicitly allow it
• We may limit one promo per customer, product, or period

Promotions may be withdrawn at any time for new purchases, without affecting completed transactions.

8. Coupon and Promo Code Rules

Where coupons or promo codes are offered:

1. Codes must be entered at checkout as instructed.
2. Codes may be limited by product, duration, region, currency, or customer type.
3. Codes may be single-use, multi-use, or expire on a stated date.
4. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
5. Lost, leaked, or expired codes are not our responsibility.
6. We may reject codes obtained through abuse, fraud, or unauthorized resale.
7. If a code conflicts with another discount, the system may apply only one—usually the higher discount, unless configured otherwise.
8. We may cancel a discount if the underlying product is refunded or if the purchase is fraudulent.

Coupon mechanics at Paddle checkout control the final applied amount for that session.

9. Currency

• Checkout may display prices in one or more currencies depending on product configuration and Paddle settings.
• The currency charged is the currency shown at final checkout.
• Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees or conversion rates; those fees are between you and your bank.
• We are not responsible for differences between an indicative foreign-currency display and your bank’s conversion.

10. Taxes

When Paddle acts as Merchant of Record (MoR):

• Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) may be calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location and product tax category.
• Tax amounts appear at checkout and on Paddle invoices where applicable.
• Tax treatment can change when tax rules or your location data change.

AInexfinder does not provide tax advice. Business customers remain responsible for their own tax compliance beyond the MoR invoice where relevant.

11. Subscription Pricing and Renewals

When subscriptions are offered:

1. The subscription price and billing interval are shown at checkout.
2. Renewals are billed through Paddle at the then-applicable rate for your plan, unless a fixed-term promotional rate still applies.
3. Renewal charges occur at the start of each new period (or as otherwise stated at checkout).
4. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel according to the Subscription Terms.
5. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period except as described in the Refund Policy.

12. Price Changes

12.1 Future list prices

We may increase or decrease list prices for new purchases at any time.

12.2 Existing one-time purchases

Completed one-time purchases are not retroactively repriced. You keep the deliverables you paid for under that order.

12.3 Subscriptions

For renewals, we may change prices prospectively. Where required by law or good practice, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example by email or in-product notice). If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the renewal effective date.

12.4 Enterprise agreements

Multi-year or fixed-price enterprise contracts follow the price lock (if any) in that agreement.

13. Billing Timing

Exact timing is controlled by checkout configuration and Paddle’s billing engine.

14. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

1. Paid features may not activate or may be suspended.
2. For subscriptions, Paddle may retry the charge according to its dunning rules.
3. You should update payment methods via the Paddle customer portal when available.
4. Repeated failures may result in cancellation of the subscription or order.

15. Trial Offers

When free trials are offered:

• Trial length and conversion terms are stated at signup/checkout.
• Unless canceled before trial end, the trial may convert to a paid plan at the disclosed price.
• Trials may be limited to one per customer or payment method.
• Abuse of trials (multiple accounts to obtain repeated free periods) may result in termination under our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

16. Invoices and Receipts

When Paddle is MoR:

• Customers typically receive invoices and receipts from Paddle.
• Keep Paddle documentation for your records.
• For corrections to company name or tax ID on invoices, use Paddle’s tools and contact us if product fulfillment depends on that data.

17. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paid products may be sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. In that model:

• Paddle is the seller of record for payment, tax, and invoicing purposes
• Card and payment-method data is handled by Paddle
• Taxes may be handled through Paddle where applicable
• Subscription renewals are handled through Paddle
• Refund payouts, when approved, are generally processed by Paddle

18. Enterprise Quotations and Custom Pricing

18.1 Quotes

Enterprise or agency pricing may be provided via:

• Written quotation
• Order Form
• Insertion Order (IO)
• Custom proposal

Quotes are valid only for the period stated (or, if silent, for a reasonable short period we specify, often 14–30 days).

18.2 Acceptance

A quote becomes binding only when:

• You accept in writing (including e-sign or confirmed email), and
• Payment is completed or payment terms in the quote are met, and
• We confirm acceptance (or begin performance under the agreed order).

18.3 Custom terms

Enterprise deals may include volume discounts, multi-placement bundles, reporting SLAs, or different cancellation windows. Those terms override this Policy only for that deal.

18.4 Non-standard currency or net terms

Net-30 or invoice billing (if ever offered outside standard Paddle checkout) requires written approval and may include credit checks. Default commerce remains prepaid via Paddle.

19. What Pricing Does Not Include

Unless expressly sold:

• Guaranteed search rankings on Google or other engines
• Guaranteed clicks, leads, or revenue
• Exclusive category ownership
• Custom development
• Legal review of your product claims
• Third-party tool licenses

20. Refunds

Refund eligibility, cooling-off rights, chargebacks, and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. This Pricing Policy does not expand refund rights.

In summary: digital products that have begun delivery are often non-refundable for change of mind, subject to mandatory consumer law and our Refund Policy.

21. Mispricing and Errors

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to obvious error (for example, $0 instead of the intended amount, or a clear typographical mistake):

1. We may cancel the order before or after payment and refund any amount charged.
2. We may offer you the chance to purchase at the correct price.
3. We are not obligated to honor prices that are manifestly erroneous.

22. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Pricing Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date, except where an existing subscription or enterprise contract requires different notice rules.
