How pricing, discounts, taxes, and renewals work for AInexfinder listings, promotions, and subscriptions via Paddle.
This Pricing Policy explains how AInexfinder (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sets, displays, discounts, bills, and changes prices for paid products on https://ainexfinder.com.
It covers commercial products such as:
It does not govern pricing of third-party AI tools listed in the directory. Those vendors set their own prices.

If this Policy conflicts with a signed Insertion Order (IO), Order Form, or Enterprise Quotation that we have accepted, that commercial document controls for that purchase.
This Policy applies to anyone who:
AInexfinder pricing is product-based and may include:
| Structure | Description |
|---|---|
| One-time purchase | Single fee for a defined period or campaign (e.g., 30-day featured listing) |
| Package / bundle | Combined deliverables at a package price |
| Subscription | Recurring fee for ongoing access or promotion (when offered) |
| Custom enterprise | Negotiated pricing via quotation or IO |
| Usage or inventory-based (if offered) | Price tied to impressions, slots, or campaign scope as stated at purchase |
Free Listings are free of charge, subject to review and our Listing Policy and Submission Guidelines. Free does not mean guaranteed approval, ranking, or traffic.
Examples include a fixed-term featured listing or a single sponsored flight. The price covers the deliverables described at checkout for the stated duration. Renewal is not automatic unless the product is sold as a subscription or you purchase again.
Subscription products renew on the billing interval shown at checkout. Pricing and renewal rules are summarized here and detailed in the Subscription Terms.
We may offer:
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Promotional pricing | Temporary lower price for a campaign period |
| Introductory pricing | Reduced price for an initial term (common on subscriptions) |
| Volume discounts | Lower unit price for multi-slot or multi-month packages |
| Partner discounts | Offers for selected partners under separate terms |
| Loyalty or win-back offers | Discretionary offers to existing customers |
Unless expressly stated:
Promotions may be withdrawn at any time for new purchases, without affecting completed transactions.
Where coupons or promo codes are offered:
Coupon mechanics at Paddle checkout control the final applied amount for that session.
When Paddle acts as Merchant of Record (MoR):
AInexfinder does not provide tax advice. Business customers remain responsible for their own tax compliance beyond the MoR invoice where relevant.
For payment and tax mechanics, see Payment Terms.
When subscriptions are offered:
We may increase or decrease list prices for new purchases at any time.
Completed one-time purchases are not retroactively repriced. You keep the deliverables you paid for under that order.
For renewals, we may change prices prospectively. Where required by law or good practice, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example by email or in-product notice). If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the renewal effective date.
Multi-year or fixed-price enterprise contracts follow the price lock (if any) in that agreement.
| Event | Typical timing |
|---|---|
| One-time product | Charged at purchase |
| Subscription start | Charged at purchase or trial conversion |
| Subscription renewal | Charged at period start |
| Upgrade (if offered) | May charge pro-rata immediately |
| Downgrade (if offered) | Usually takes effect next renewal |
Exact timing is controlled by checkout configuration and Paddle’s billing engine.
If a payment fails:
Failed payment handling is further described in Payment Terms and Subscription Terms.
When free trials are offered:
When Paddle is MoR:
See Payment Terms — Invoices.
Paid products may be sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. In that model:
Full MoR description: Payment & Merchant of Record Terms.
Enterprise or agency pricing may be provided via:
Quotes are valid only for the period stated (or, if silent, for a reasonable short period we specify, often 14–30 days).
A quote becomes binding only when:
Enterprise deals may include volume discounts, multi-placement bundles, reporting SLAs, or different cancellation windows. Those terms override this Policy only for that deal.
Net-30 or invoice billing (if ever offered outside standard Paddle checkout) requires written approval and may include credit checks. Default commerce remains prepaid via Paddle.
Unless expressly sold:
Performance disclaimers: Advertising Policy and Disclaimer.
Refund eligibility, cooling-off rights, chargebacks, and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. This Pricing Policy does not expand refund rights.
In summary: digital products that have begun delivery are often non-refundable for change of mind, subject to mandatory consumer law and our Refund Policy.
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to obvious error (for example, $0 instead of the intended amount, or a clear typographical mistake):
We may update this Pricing Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date, except where an existing subscription or enterprise contract requires different notice rules.
