Rules for sponsored placements, featured and premium AI tool listings on AInexfinder.
This Advertising & Listings Policy (“Policy”) governs paid promotional products on AInexfinder, including sponsored placements, featured listings, premium listings, and similar advertising opportunities.
It protects users from misleading promotions and sets clear expectations for advertisers and tool makers.

Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Service, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy. If an Insertion Order (IO) or order form is signed, it controls over this Policy for that campaign where expressly stated.

We may require identity or business verification.
Sponsored placements appear in designated areas that we may change for product or UX reasons. We will not knowingly sell placement that we cannot deliver.
Delivery is measured by making the placement available on the Service as specified (time period, page type, or approximate impressions if sold on that basis). Third-party ad blockers or user settings may affect visibility; that is outside our control.
Category exclusivity is not included unless expressly sold in writing.
We may rotate multiple sponsors in a slot unless you purchase exclusive share.
A featured listing receives enhanced visibility relative to standard listings for the purchased period or package (for example, badges, priority placement in certain modules, or homepage inclusion—as described at purchase).
Featured status does not:
Featured tools must remain approved, accurate, and compliant. Materially false claims may result in removal without refund (see Refund Policy).
Premium listings may combine directory features, creative services, multi-placement packages, or priority support as described at purchase. Deliverables not listed in the order are not included.
If a premium package includes services dependent on Advertiser inputs (assets, approvals), delays caused by Advertiser may extend timelines without refund of the package price.

We may request revisions. Failure to provide compliant creatives by deadlines may affect delivery without creating refund rights beyond those in the Refund Policy.
We prohibit ads and paid listings that primarily promote:
We may reject categories that create brand or legal risk even if not strictly illegal.
We may label paid placements as “Sponsored,” “Featured,” “Ad,” or similar. Advertisers must not obscure or remove required labels.
Users should be able to distinguish paid promotion from organic discovery modules.
Unless an order expressly guarantees a metric (rare):
AInexfinder is not responsible for Advertiser ROI.
We may reject or remove ads/listings that violate this Policy, the Terms, or law. We may pause campaigns for security or legal reasons.
Removal for Advertiser breach may forfeit remaining prepaid amounts as set out in the Refund Policy.
Payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Taxes and invoices follow Paddle’s MoR model where applicable. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and Payment Terms.
Campaign operations may process business contact data and technical measurement data under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Advertisers must not pass personal data to us unlawfully and must honor their own privacy obligations on landing pages.
Advertisers agree to indemnify AInexfinder against claims arising from their creatives, products, landing pages, or regulatory non-compliance, as further stated in the Terms.
We may update this Policy by posting a new version. Ongoing campaigns remain subject to the Policy version in effect at purchase unless a material change requires notice under an IO.
