Copyright, Trademark & DMCA Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy explains how AInexfinder handles copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property (“IP”) issues, and how rights holders can report alleged infringement.

It also describes our Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure, designed to be compatible with notice-and-takedown practices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and similar frameworks.

2. Respect for Intellectual Property

We respect the IP rights of others and expect users, tool submitters, and advertisers to do the same. We respond to valid infringement notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

3. Our Content and Platform IP

AInexfinder owns or licenses the Service’s software, design, original editorial content, compilation of the directory (as a compilation/database where protected), logos, and brand assets.

Unauthorized copying, scraping for commercial cloning, or brand misuse may violate law and our Terms.

4. User and Third-Party Content

Listings, logos, screenshots, reviews, and linked product pages often involve third-party IP. Submitters and advertisers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to materials they provide.

Product names and logos of third-party AI tools remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement by those owners or by AInexfinder.

5. Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure (DMCA-Style)

If you believe material on https://ainexfinder.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

1. Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent (physical or electronic).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple).
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with URL(s) sufficient for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We may share the notice with the user who posted the material and with service providers as needed.

What we may do

Upon receiving a substantially complete notice, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the material
• Notify the poster
• Document the request

Incomplete notices may delay action.

6. Counter-Notification

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including:

1. Your signature
2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court (as applicable under DMCA or local law), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Send counter-notices to legal@ainexfinder.com.

We may restore material if the complainant does not seek a court order within applicable timelines, where the DMCA or analogous process applies.

7. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, consistent with our Terms and applicable law.

8. Trademark Policy

8.1 Third-party trademarks

You may not use another’s trademark in a listing, account name, domain claim, or advertisement in a way that is likely to confuse consumers about source, sponsorship, or affiliation.

8.2 AInexfinder trademarks

You may not:

• Register domains or social handles confusingly similar to “AInexfinder” for commercial deception
• Use our logo in a way that implies partnership without permission
• Modify our marks

8.3 Allowed references

Factual references such as “Listed on AInexfinder” may be allowed if accurate and not misleading. We may publish brand guidelines; until then, contact legal@ainexfinder.com for logo use requests.

9. Trademark Complaint Procedure

To report trademark infringement on the Service, email legal@ainexfinder.com with:

1. Trademark owner name and registration details (if any)
2. The mark at issue
3. URLs of allegedly infringing material
4. Description of why use is infringing or confusing
5. Your contact information and authority to act
6. Good-faith statements analogous to copyright notices

We evaluate trademark complaints carefully; outcomes may include removal, editing of listing titles, or rejection if use appears nominative and non-confusing.

10. Fair Use and Nominative Use

Directory and comparison features necessarily reference third-party product names. Nominative fair use / descriptive use may apply where:

• The product cannot be readily identified without the mark
• Only so much of the mark is used as reasonably necessary
• Use does not suggest sponsorship without basis

This Policy does not expand or limit fair use rights under law.

11. Misrepresentation

Knowingly material misrepresentation in a copyright or trademark notice (or counter-notice) may expose you to liability for damages under applicable law (including DMCA §512(f) where applicable).
