CoachNow Review

What is CoachNow?

CoachNow is an all-in-one coaching platform that combines video and image analysis, communication, cloud storage, and automation to keep coaches and athletes connected across in-person and remote training.

Its video tools include slow-motion playback, AI skeleton tracking for movement analysis, and annotation features that let coaches break down technique frame by frame.

Coaches and athletes communicate privately through the platform, store drills, practice plans, and coaching materials in a cloud library, and use automation features such as bulk messaging, scheduled posts, and payment collection. CoachNow works across iOS, Android, and the web, making it easy to coach from anywhere.

It supports more than sixty sports in over a hundred countries and is used by individual coaches, academies, camps, and multi-coach organizations. Target users are coaches and athletes who want to deliver and receive structured remote feedback, manage their coaching relationships, and analyze technique with AI-assisted video tools.

Pros include strong AI-assisted video analysis with skeleton tracking, broad cross-device support, useful automation for running a coaching business, and a large user base with strong reviews.

Cons include that it functions primarily as a coaching management suite where AI is one component rather than a dedicated AI analytics engine, and that the most advanced features require paid plans. CoachNow uses tiered subscription plans with a free trial.
