Looka Review

What is Looka?

Looka is an AI-powered logo maker and brand identity platform that helps entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses create a professional logo and a complete brand kit without hiring a designer.

Founded in 2016, it has served millions of users and is one of the best-known names in the AI logo space.

The logo process is guided: you tell Looka about your industry, pick styles and colors you like, and choose symbols, and its machine learning, trained on millions of design preferences, generates custom logo options tailored to your input.

You can then fine-tune every element, including fonts, colors, layout, and icons, until the result feels right, and you can explore and customize designs for free before committing to a purchase.

Where Looka goes beyond a basic logo maker is the Brand Kit, which takes your finished logo, colors, and fonts and instantly produces hundreds of matching branded marketing materials from a library of templates, including business cards, letterheads, email signatures, social media posts and profile assets, and brand guideline documents, so your whole identity stays visually consistent.

It is aimed at non-designers who want a polished, cohesive brand quickly and affordably.

Real features include AI logo generation, a detailed logo editor, high-resolution and vector file exports, multiple color variations, full ownership of purchased logos, the Brand Kit with 300-plus branded templates, and, on the top tier, an AI-generated website with hosting, a custom domain, SSL, and SEO tools.

Strengths include genuinely guided AI design, strong brand consistency, a comprehensive brand kit, and clear ownership of files.

Weaknesses include that you design for free but must pay to download usable files, the cheapest option is limited to a single PNG, and template-based output can resemble other Looka logos. Looka uses a mix of one-time logo purchases and annual Brand Kit subscriptions.

Pricing changes often, so check the official site for current plans.
