Terms for AI companies listing products on AInexfinder, including logo licenses, updates, and responsibilities.
This Vendor / AI Company Agreement (“Vendor Terms”) is between AInexfinder (“AInexfinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the company or person that submits, claims, or manages an AI product listing on https://ainexfinder.com (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”).
By submitting a tool, claiming a listing, uploading brand assets, or managing a business profile, you agree to these Vendor Terms.
If you are an agency or individual submitting on behalf of a Vendor, you represent that you have authority to bind the Vendor.

These Vendor Terms focus on the relationship and licenses between AInexfinder and AI companies. Operational listing rules are not fully restated here.
You represent that:
We may request proof of authority (for example, a company email domain or authorization letter).
You may submit Products via https://ainexfinder.com/submit or other official channels. Submissions are subject to review under the Listing Policy and Submission Guidelines.
Submission does not guarantee approval, category placement, ranking, traffic, or editorial coverage.
Each distinct Product should generally have its own Listing. Spam duplicates may be merged or removed.
You grant AInexfinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to our hosting/CDN providers only as needed to operate the Platform) license to:
This license is solely to operate, promote, and improve the Platform’s discovery experience related to your Product. It is not a trademark assignment and does not allow us to rebrand your Product as ours.
The license continues while the Listing (or archive/reference copies reasonably needed for Platform integrity, backups, and legal compliance) exists. Upon permanent removal of the Listing, we will cease active public display within a reasonable time, subject to caches, backups, and third-party search indexes outside our control.
You should provide reasonably high-quality logos and screenshots that do not infringe third-party rights (including faces, stock assets, or competitor IP used without permission).
You permit AInexfinder to use your Product name and trademarks in:
Use will be nominative and descriptive where practical. We will not register your marks as our own or imply that we developed your Product.
If you believe our use exceeds permission, contact legal@ainexfinder.com. Trademark complaint procedures: Copyright Policy.
You permit AInexfinder to reference your Product factually in marketing that describes the directory (for example, “Discover tools like [Product] on AInexfinder”), provided we do not falsely claim a partnership or certification you have not granted.
Paid co-marketing requires a separate written agreement.
You may request removal of a specific marketing use that is inaccurate; we will review reasonable requests.
You should keep material Listing fields reasonably current: website URL, pricing model, key features, and operational status.

AInexfinder may edit Listings for formatting, clarity, policy compliance, category consistency, and factual corrections, as described in the Listing Policy.
If you disagree with a material edit, contact hello@ainexfinder.com. We will consider good-faith corrections. Final moderation decisions remain with AInexfinder for Platform integrity.

Nothing in these Vendor Terms transfers ownership of your Product to AInexfinder.
You are solely responsible for:

We may remove or correct misleading Listings and suspend Vendor privileges. Paid period forfeitures follow the Refund Policy where removal is due to your breach.
You represent that, to your knowledge, your primary website and downloadable components are free of intentionally malicious code designed to harm users.
If you become aware of an active security incident that materially affects users discovering you via AInexfinder, you should update public status information and, where appropriate, notify affected users under your own legal duties.
AInexfinder is not responsible for vulnerabilities in your Product. See Security Policy for our Platform practices (not a certification of Vendor products).
You represent that Materials and Listing content do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, or publicity rights.
If a third party notifies us of infringement, we may follow our Copyright Policy, including removal of materials while claims are assessed.

We may link users to your support URL. We are not obligated to mediate disputes between you and your customers.
If your Product is discontinued, renamed, or permanently offline, you should notify us. We may mark the Listing inactive, update it, noindex it, or remove it under the Listing Policy.
Temporary outages happen; prolonged broken primary URLs may lead to unpublishing.
If you purchase Featured, Premium, Sponsored, or other paid products:
Authorized Vendors may request Listing removal as described in the Listing Policy. Provide proof of authority.
We may remove Listings for policy, legal, safety, inactivity, rights disputes, or Platform integrity reasons.
Removal ends public display of the Listing. Licenses wind down as in Section 6.3. Survival clauses remain in force.
We may suspend edit access, unpublish the Listing, or terminate these Vendor Terms if you materially breach them or related Policies, or if required by law.
You may stop using Vendor features at any time and request removal subject to Section 18.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AInexfinder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Platform-wide terms also appear in the Terms of Service.
Non-public business terms, unpublished product roadmaps you share with us in writing as confidential, and non-public moderation correspondence should be kept confidential by both parties, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Public Listing content is not confidential.
Each party complies with privacy laws applicable to its role:
If you provide personal data of your personnel (e.g., submitter email), you confirm you have a lawful basis to share it with us for Listing administration.
Disputes arising from these Vendor Terms follow the governing law and dispute resolution sections of the Terms of Service, unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise.
